The following policies are updated when necessary as well as changes are all within the merchants discretion and NYS Laws when applicable.

90% of all sales on this site are final. Due to the nature of the business being custom tailored to the individuals who make the purchases . So please be sure that you want the item you purchase. 

Shipping/Local Delivery.

Local delivery pick ups..

For pick up a request must be made by entering request pick up coupon before ordering your item. Please bare in mind that it does not change the time it takes to make the item Only the time it takes to arrive.

Go to Contact fill out form and in comments write Pick up request. Your telephone number and or email. The item you wish to order and any specifics (customization allowable). You will receive are response between 24 and 48 hours normal business hours. Please refer to Hours of business page for days open and closed as well as holidays. 

Shipping option.

USPS is default flat rate with tracking. 

If you wish any other type of option go to Contact and fill out form and in suggestion box please include your choice for shipping you will be instructed on what to do next via email. So please remember to include an email in the comments section of the contact form. 


Refunds... 10% of items

Are all subject to merchants discretion. Important for all buyers if looking for refunds to go to Contact page and request a refund with in 7 days of purchase. 

Fill out the basic information in the form and in the message box please request your refund why your requesting it your contact information telephone ,( indicating if you wish to receive text messaging), and or email. Please wait 24 to 48 hours for a response within normal business hours. During holidays this may not apply until the next official business day.
